Rex Duval, pictured, is the co-founder of Nookly, an AI company focused on leveraging AI to support visual learning. He started the company after watching his wife, a clinical psychologist who works with children who are autistic and neurodivergent, struggling to find representative resources for kids she served. Today, the Nookly team builds AI tools that help teachers, therapists, and families create deeply personalized visual supports — social narratives, schedules, activities — in minutes rather than hours. Rex lives in Maryland with his wife and their dog.
