The Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) is the premier professional organization for special education leaders. As a division of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), CASE provides members with the resources, professional learning, advocacy, and networking opportunities needed to lead effective special education programs and improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
