CALL FOR PROPOSALS
The Council of Administrators of Special Education invites you to submit a proposal to present a concurrent session for The 2025 CASE Conference to be held November 5-7, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Presentations must be 60 minutes of structured content with a Q&A at the end, a panel presentation, or an interactive session engaging attendees in a specific activity. All submitted session proposals should:
- provide information that is actionable and relevant to special education leaders.
- address an innovative solution to a challenge in special education today.
- be important to the field of special education.

Submission Selection Criteria
- The presentation proposal is clearly aligned with the strand(s).
- The learner objectives are clearly aligned with the session description.
- The session offers an innovative solution to a challenge in special education, is action focused, and relevant to the work of special education leaders, and presents content that is important to the field of special education.
- Overall breadth/variation of topics across the conference will be considered.
- Overall quality of the proposal will be considered.
Submissions Must Include
- Proposed session title which aligns to the conference strands
- List of co-presenters
- Bios for all presenters and co-presenters
- Session abstract/description
- 3 Learner objectives
Please Keep in Mind
- All accepted presenters and co-presenters must register and pay for the conference before the end of the early bird registration, which runs through July 31, 2025. Failure to register will result in the cancelation of your session.
- Conference fee cancellation policy: written requests for refunds (less 25% administrative costs) must be provided by September 30, 2025, and no refunds are provided after this date.
- Presenters are responsible for bringing laptops along with speakers, if needed. Please plan to bring any laptop adaptor you might need to connect to LCD projectors.

CASE is excited to work with our corporate partners. We encourage each to take advantage of networking opportunities with conference attendees through exhibiting and sponsor activities. In addition, we welcome corporate partners to collaborate with school district leadership in presentation submissions.
