The Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) is an international non-profit professional organization with approximately 6,000 members in all 50 states, multiple provinces, and territories. CASE provides leadership to advance the field of special education through professional learning, policy, and advocacy. CASE has provided the premier professional learning opportunities annually at The CASE Conference for over 35 years and is doing the same with the CASE Academy of Law and Leadership.

This 3rd annual CASE Academy of Law and Leadership brings together special education leaders, directors, supervisors, building leaders, district leaders, psychologists, teachers, attorneys and coordinators from across the nation—professionals who shape policy, guide programs, and make purchasing decisions.

 Event Highlights

  • Features collaborative presentations from teams of school district legal counsel and local administrators, offering legal insights and practical strategies for addressing complex issues related to the IDEA and Section 504, including court rulings, due process outcomes, state-level complaints, and more.
  • Anticipate 600 attendees
  • Share proactive approaches to prevent conflict and promote restorative practices following disputes.
  • Offering Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for attorneys who present and attend the Academy. 

Registration

Each exhibit booth purchase includes three complimentary conference registrations. Additional team members may register at the standard Academy attendee rate. All registered exhibitors receive full access to conference sessions, events, and networking opportunities.  

Exhibitor Meeting

CASE Staff will host a Zoom meeting for exhibitors and sponsors. The first meeting will be informational in nature; the second meeting will cover logistics and details for the conference.

NOTE: Exhibit booth cancellations must be made in writing on or before March 27, 2026, in order to receive a refund (less 25% administrative cost). Refunds will not be provided for any cancellation made after this date. All sponsorships are non-refundable.
