Note:  Individual registrations are to be paid by credit card only at the time of registration.  Purchase Orders are only accepted if you are registering a group of 10 or more, please email Debbi Magnifico, dmagni[email protected], for the procedure to submit a purchase order. Refund requests (less 25% administrative fee) will be honored if the request is received in writing or by email.  Requests must be received one month prior to the event date or no refund will be afforded.
